This listing is for a single (one) cloth sanitary pad. 
 
Fabrics include cotton jersey, bamboo towelling, Zorb and fleece. We use bamboo towelling and Zorb for our cores.  Bamboo towelling is soft, anti-bacterial and very absorbent. Zorb is a super absorbent fabric made of natural fibres and one layer is equivalent to roughly 6 layers of flannel towelling.
 
Cloth sanitary pads can be washed with your normal wash but please do not use fabric conditioner as this will leave a film on the pad.
 
We have washed the fabric for shrinkage but your pads will need a couple of washes before absorbency is at the maximum. 
 
We do not recommend you tumble dry your pads.
